Your decision to disclose your personal information is completely voluntary and in this way you give us your specific consent to use your personal information only for the purposes for which you have disclosed it to us.

EUROLAMP ABEE may access and use Customer Data only for the purposes for which you have submitted it to us (a) to provide you with information, (b) to communicate with you, (c) to provide you with services or (d) to maintain the functionality and security of the website and the services we provide to you. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose, for example to communicate marketing materials, unless we have your specific consent.

 

We will always care for and store your personal data in accordance with industry best practices, aligned with ISO 27001, the international standard for information security. These practices include the activities and procedures undertaken by our personnel and authorized third parties (see Section 5), as well as the technical controls we implement to prevent unauthorized access, compromise or theft of information from our applications, continuously supporting with all modern means, the entirety of our Information System, which we also check at regular intervals.

 

2. Sensitive personal data

 

The GDPR defines a series of categories of personal data that are considered "sensitive" and require special attention from data controllers. This website and any services available from this website do not collect or process sensitive personal data, supporting the assessment of the impact of privacy (known as Data Protection Impact Assessment under the GDPR), which are available upon request to the Data Protection Officer of EUROLAMP ABEE (see section 9).

This website (and the services available from this website), as well as all services of EUROLAMP SA in general, are not directed at children under the age of 18. If you learn that a child under the age of 18 has provided us with their personal data without parental consent, please contact the EUROLAMP SA Data Protection Officer (see section 9) so that we can take appropriate measures.

 

4. Customer and citizen data rights

 

As provided for by the data protection regulations, you have many rights related to the provision of your personal data to the company EUROLAMP SA, using it and this website. These rights include asking the company EUROLAMP SA to:
